We are seeking a skilled and innovative PowerApps Developer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business process automation, user interface design, and integration with diverse data sources to drive digital transformation within our organization.

The Role:

Responsibilities:

PowerApps Development:
Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using PowerApps.
Implement complex PowerApps functions and expressions to create dynamic, responsive applications.
Integration and Data Management:
Integrate PowerApps with various data sources including SharePoint, SQL Server, and external APIs.
Ensure data integrity and optimize data flow between applications and data sources.
User Experience and Interface Design:
Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to UI/UX best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.
Automation and Workflow Implementation:
Leverage Power Automate to automate workflows and business processes.
Enhance application performance and scalability through effective use of the Power Platform.
Troubleshooting and Optimization:
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance.
Continuously monitor and improve application functionality and efficiency.
Documentation and Best Practices:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and processes.
Follow best practices in PowerApps development and contribute to the development of organizational standards.

Requirements:

Experience Range: 7+ Years in PowerApps development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing PowerApps solutions.
Strong knowledge of PowerApps functions, Power Automate, and data source integration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred, but not required:

Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
