Job Title: Senior Data Scientist/GenAI/Machiner Learning Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist/Engineer to join our team and help build next-generation AI and GenAI platforms from the ground up. This role is ideal for hands-on engineers with deep expertise in Python, distributed data systems, and GenAI development, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and inference frameworks. You will work on designing, developing, and productionizing scalable AI solutions not simply consuming cloud-based AI services.

- Machiner Learning / GenAI Lifecycle & DevOps Integration
What We re Looking For:
- Expert-level Python development skills.
- Hands-on experience in application development with technologies such as MongoDB, Redis, Angular/React Frameworks, and Containerization.
- Experience with AI/ML/GenAI Lifecycle Management and Development, including building frameworks using MLFlow, KubeFlow, Fine-Tuning techniques, and Inference Frameworks.
- Proficiency in building API-based applications leveraging FAST API services, JWT Integration, and API Gateway.
- Experience working in large teams that collaboratively develop on a shared multi-repo codebase using IDEs like VS Code, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and Continuous Testing.
- Hands-on DevOps experience with enterprise development tools such as Version Control (GIT/Bitbucket), Build Orchestration (Jenkins), Code Quality (SonarQube and pytest Unit Testing), Artifact Management (Artifactory), and Deployment (Ansible).
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $66 $67 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
