Job Title: Adobe AEM Developer Sites & Assets

Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Adobe AEM Developers to join a large-scale digital enablement program for a Fortune 100 financial services organization. This role involves hands-on development within AEM Sites and AEM Assets, supporting personalized content delivery, digital asset workflows, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, servlets, and workflows using Sling, OSGi, and HTL.
• Implement and maintain metadata schemas, asset renditions, and tagging strategies within AEM Assets.
• Support the migration of legacy CMS and DAM systems into AEM, including scripting and automation.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, and other MarTech platforms.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security compliance in a regulated enterprise environment.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AEM environments and deployments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL, and AEM development tools.
• Experience with AEM Sites and/or AEM Assets, including DAM workflows and metadata management.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Developer.
• Experience with Dynamic Media, rendition automation, and asset governance.
• Background in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
