To be a successful SuccessFactors EC, ONB Consultant you will embody GBSI's core employee characteristics of being passionate about IT, taking full ownership of your work & having a growth mindset. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including:
  • Configuring onboarding processes like forms, panels, tasks, business rules, dashboards, and notifications
  • Integrate Onboarding with Employee Central (EC) and possibly Recruiting (RCM), managing data flow and syncing tasks
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective onboarding solutions
  • Facilitate testing phases (unit testing, integration testing, UAT) and deliver go-live support
  • Provide end-user training, prepare SOPs, user documentation, and support change management
  • Support EC configuration, including core HR elements, and integrate it with Onboarding to ensure seamless HR workflows
  • Lead the configuration and rollout of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
  • Map requirements, design workflows, forms, dashboards, and business rules.
  • Integrate Onboarding with EC (and optionally RCM).
  • Facilitate workshops, conduct testing, and provide training & documentation.
  • Ensure compliance and help migrate from Onboarding 1.0 if needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years' hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding (preferably 2.0) and EC integration
  • Proficiency in configuring onboarding workflows, tasks, panels, business rules, panels, notifications, and forms
  • Experience with integrations between Onboarding, EC, and RCM (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, including requirement workshops and training facilitation

Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 certification
  • Knowledge of digital onboarding technologies like e-signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign
  • Exposure to other SF modules such as Recruiting (RCM), People Analytics, or Compliance forms

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years with SF Onboarding 2.0 and EC configuration.
  • Experience migrating or integrating ONB with EC/RCM.
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication and training capabilities.
