Job Details

Title: Oracle Developer
Location: Washington, D.C. - Onsite
Duration: 12+ Months

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate or higher preferred

Experience:
7+ years of experience in Oracle application development and database management
Prior experience supporting Oracle Federal Financials or GBIS environments preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Oracle-based systems into reporting layers
Support Power BI and Business Objects teams by optimizing Oracle queries for data lake ingestion
Participate in cross-functional efforts to align Oracle back-end structure with evolving semantic models
Troubleshoot and refine PL/SQL packages that feed reporting pipelines
Coordinate with Azure Synapse team for integration validation and performance optimization
