Location: St. Peters, MO
Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Process Engineer!

As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving technical support and process development within a high-performance manufacturing environment. You will lead initiatives to scale up processes, improve yield and quality, and optimize cost efficiency, while ensuring alignment with product design and operational standards.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical support and process development engineering activities in a designated manufacturing area.
  • Plan and implement process improvements to enhance capacity, yield, and product quality.
  • Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Define equipment specifications and ensure operational compatibility with manufacturing systems.
  • Analyze complex technical issues using data-driven approaches and current business trends.
  • Provide guidance to team members to meet project timelines and resolve technical challenges.
  • Develop and manage project schedules and performance metrics; may contribute to budget planning.
  • Support sub-projects related to inspection modules and metrology equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing support.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve process issues on manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis and Pareto techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with statistical process control and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of module performance.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong foundation in process engineering principles and manufacturing systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience applying statistical methods.
  • Proficiency in technical tools such as Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to integrity, reliability, and continuous improvement.
