This position is part of Widescope's Technology Product Management and Planning organization. Supporting identity management software solutions like Microsoft Azure/Entra and Active Directory, the Sr. Systems Mgmt (IAM) Specialist will provision user accounts in multiple domains, work within RSA software to provision soft tokens, and work with the CAR system. You will use ServiceNow to work service requests and incidents for users, while documenting solutions in the tickets. You will also develop automation solutions for systems such as on-prem Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure/Entra. Support end to end (integration) activities and planning. 

Role Capabilities:

  • Administration of the IAM platform or internal applications requiring IAM
  • Setup and maintain AD accounts, mailboxes and distribution lists throughout their lifecycle.
  • Initial support for the Identity Access Management Team.
  • Develop role based access based on employee job titles/roles.
  • Act as a technical resource to resolve incidents, issues, errors or related tasks.  Respond to and resolve support requests.
  • Plan, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of all layers of IAM applications, including Authorization/Authentication and Account Creation/Management/Provisioning
  • Analysis of business processes and development of automation/scripting where applicable
  • Anticipate needs and proactively identify solutions.
  • Maintain centralized documentation including network/environment diagrams, work instructions and other documentation as assigned.
  • Follow all escalation procedures according to service level agreement.
  • Provide an accurate record of work in request / incident management tracking tools.
  • Utilize standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes.
  • Be result oriented with tasks, completed with high sense of urgency and quality.
  • Assists in other duties as needed and directed.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Networking or other related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a desktop support environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Network or Systems Administrator environment.
  • Analytical and logical demonstrating strong a troubleshooting skillset.

Preferred:

  • Working experience with Windows Workstation OS and Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 .
  • Functional knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies and DNS .
  • Functional knowledge of Exchange Server and Microsoft Terminal Services .
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Affective time management skillset
  • Affective troubleshooting skillset and a commitment to solving problems
  • Proven ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to adhere to procedures and maintain accurate detailed records
  • Information Technology Certifications are a plus
