Job Title: Technical Project Manager (MarTech)

Location: Hybrid only - 2 Days on Site - HQ (Vienna, VA) - Locals

Duration: Long term

Role Summary

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will drive the execution of initiatives identified in the MarTech Assessment, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Technical Services , and other cross-functional teams. This role serves as a key bridge between business needs and technology solutions - facilitating collaboration, managing priorities, and ensuring that all MarTech initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate execution of initiatives outlined in the MarTech Assessment.

Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to ensure alignment of objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Serve as a liaison between Marketing, ETS, and sub-teams to clarify requirements and drive execution.

Lead Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new marketing technologies and capabilities.

Partner with business and technical teams to develop, document, and refine use cases (e.g., Customer Data Platform CDP).

Lead requirements-gathering processes for MarTech projects, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

Map and document current and future-state business processes, identifying technology touchpoints and integration needs.

Assess existing marketing capabilities to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Track project progress, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate updates to all stakeholders.

Ensure project documentation, deliverables, and handoffs are complete and of high quality.

Core Skills & Qualifications

Proven program and project management experience in MarTech, Marketing Operations, or related domains.

Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.

Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), marketing automation, analytics, and other marketing technology stacks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences.

Demonstrated skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and analytical thinking.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other modern project management methodologies.

Experience with platforms such as Pega, Salesforce, and Adobe preferred.

Key Deliverables

Comprehensive project plans and timelines for MarTech initiatives.

Detailed use cases for new technology solutions (e.g., CDP).

Complete and accurate requirements documentation.

Process maps highlighting technology integration points.

Capability assessments and actionable recommendations for marketing improvements.

Regular status reports, risk logs, and progress updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholders & Collaboration

Primary Interfaces: Marketing, Cross-functional teams, and external MarTech vendors (if applicable).

Engage regularly with leadership and project sponsors to ensure shared vision, alignment, and confidence in delivery.

Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and process mapping exercises with stakeholders to ensure clarity and collaboration
