Job Details
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience in IT project management, with PMP and CSM certifications.
- Proficiency in Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with Business Analysts for project requirements.
- Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Experience in an IT role (e.g., analyst, programmer).
- Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement standardized IT project management processes and methodologies.
- Oversee IT projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor project performance and report progress through dashboards and executive summaries.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and blockers.
- Support stakeholder engagement and facilitate cross-departmental communications.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices and project execution.
