Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive KYC Data Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Newark, Delaware. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of essential data while contributing to critical updates and enhancements within our systems. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail who can manage complex data processes with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Perform detailed analysis and updates to ensure the accuracy and integrity of KYC data within the custodian system.
Collaborate with internal teams to address missing invoices and discrepancies in documentation.
Drive data enhancement initiatives to improve the quality and reliability of information.
Monitor progress and maintain detailed records to track the completion of repapering requirements.
Identify gaps in documentation and implement solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Facilitate cross-department communication to ensure seamless execution of KYC processes.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and improvements made to the data systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to provide updates on project milestones and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy of updated information and identify areas for further improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in managing KYC or similar data.
Ability to manage documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
Experience in working on data enhancement initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
