RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

Summary:
This role will focus on implementing new functionality for our service desk systems, starting with a password reset solution integrated with IVR. The developer will work closely to design and build backend services that integrate with Active Directory and identity systems, enabling secure password resets via phone.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a password reset function integrated with IVR systems
* Build RESTful APIs and backend endpoints to support secure identity verification and password management
* Integrate with Active Directory (AD) and Identity Access Management (IAM) systems
* Collaborate with the telephony team to support Five9 integration for cloud-based IVR deployment
* Implement database logging for password reset activities using MS SQL
* Ensure backend services communicate effectively with identity systems and telephony components
* Participate in design discussions and quarterly planning sessions
* Potential future involvement in front-end development for related projects

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience in .NET application development (C# expertise required)
* Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) and Identity Access Management (IAM)
* Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
* Knowledge of MS SQL for database operations and logging
* Ability to work independently and integrate with cross-functional teams
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Have:
* Exposure to Five9 or similar cloud telephony platforms
* Basic understanding of IVR systems and telephony integration
* Experience with security best practices for identity verification

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
