Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Colchester, VT (05446) / Remote Option
Employment Type: Full Time Direct Hire (No C2C or sponsorship available)
Talent Groups is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead internal, business critical software and technology projects. This role owns projects end to end, partnering with cross functional teams to deliver high quality outcomes on time and within budget.
What You’ll Do
- Lead internal IT and software development projects through the full lifecycle
- Build and manage project plans, scope, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Drive execution across cross functional teams without direct authority
- Run weekly status meetings and deliver clear reporting to executives and sponsors
- Identify, document, communicate, and triage project risks and issues
- Apply Agile, Lean, and change management best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of IT or technical project management experience
- Strong SDLC or software development project background
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools (Smartsheet preferred)
- PMP, Agile certification, or equivalent a plus
- US work authorization required
