Job Description

A fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join its growing IT team. This role involves providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and executive-level users.
Responsibilities
  • Provide urgent, high-quality IT support to executive team members.
  • Support IT needs of the manufacturing department.
  • Participate in off-hour call rotation and travel to remote sites as needed.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support.
  • Perform daily checks and maintenance of meeting room technology.
  • Image and deploy computers according to company standards.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • 3+ years of experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Exchange Server and user account management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Experience with SCCM is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to support executive-level users.
Preferred Certifications
  • CompTIA A+
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • ITIL Foundation
