Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Contact Center Engineer with deep experience in LiveVox and NICE InContact platforms. This role requires strong outbound campaign engineering skills, hands-on scripting expertise, and the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams in a fast-paced enterprise contact center environment.
Must Have Skills
10+ years of Contact Center Engineering experience
Core expertise in LiveVox outbound campaigns, working with business and technical stakeholders
Strong knowledge of LiveVox Designer Scripting (Omni-Channel)
Strong knowledge of NICE InContact Studio Scripting (Omni-Channel)
Hands-on experience with LiveVox Dialer / SmartReach scripting
Experience with Nice Personal Contact Dialer
API integrations experience
Experience with Snowflake integration
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Responsibilities
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot NICE InContact Studio Scripts for omni-channel workflows
Build and enhance LiveVox Designer Scripts for contact routing, outbound campaigns, and automation
Act as SME for LiveVox Dialer / SmartReach scripting
Support outbound dialing strategy and campaign optimization
Integrate contact center systems with APIs, Snowflake, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliable call flows
Provide technical support, analysis, and improvements for both platforms
