Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our client's Analytics & Innovation Organization. This role will design and implement enterprise-level data models and infrastructure, enabling scalable self-service analytics through Azure-based solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Architecture, Data Engineering, BI, and Governance to build a unified, enterprise Insights & Discovery Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Translate business needs into scalable Azure-based data architecture
- Drive adoption of enterprise data architecture standards across teams
- Support Master Data Management and Data Governance initiatives
- Enable secure, high-quality data ingestion, modeling, and access
- Utilize tools such as Erwin, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of IT experience, including 4+ in data architecture
- Expertise in data modeling, metadata management, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Azure analytics stack and Erwin
- Familiarity with DevOps, Agile, and data security best practices
- Cloud certifications (Azure) are a strong plus
