Job Description:
  • The Technical Program Manager will support technology strategy and transformation initiatives by driving delivery planning and execution for multiyear technology investments.
  • This role serves as the primary coordination point for program oversight, governance, communication, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and execution across multiple business and technical domains.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Ability to drive delivery planning and execution for complex multiyear programs.
  • Strong documentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional leaders to define and sequence technology delivery.
  • Experience developing delivery roadmaps.
  • Strong risk management capabilities, including maintaining risk registers and escalation paths.
  • Ability to establish and run program governance.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and technical design approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience with dependency mapping across multiple domains and portfolios.
  • Ability to define and report program delivery metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to operate with limited guidance.
  • Strong collaboration skills with technical program manager teams and broader communities.
Experience:
  • More than 10 years of experience delivering software solutions in an agile environment.
  • Experience in a relevant domain, preferably within property and casualty insurance.
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and SPM tools.
  • In-depth understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of technology ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive planning and execution for multiyear technology programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for consistent program updates.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and align technology delivery.
  • Develop detailed multiyear roadmaps and technology interaction points.
  • Own and manage program risk activities.
  • Lead program governance activities and maintain decision logs, RACIs, and mission alignment.
  • Maintain clear communication across all involved teams.
  • Perform dependency mapping and ensure harmonized planning across teams.
  • Define and report on delivery metrics, DevOps maturity, KPIs, and financial tracking.
  • Contribute to transformation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Function as a thought leader across the organization.
