Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Technical Leadership: Collaborating with Solution Architects to ensure understanding and translating architecture design to engineering level guidance.
2. Engineering Guidance: Providing engineering level guidance to nearshore teams and answering design questions for sprint teams.
3. Technical Expertise: Serving as an internal technical expert supporting Product design and Engineering teams.
4. Documentation: Creating and updating documentation such as solution design patterns and engineering standards.
5. Technical Discussions: Leading technical discussions around APIs, integrations, data flow, compliance, and security.
Required Skills
The required skills for this role include:
1. 8+ years of experience in full-stack or backend software development.
2. Technical expertise in Python, Spark, Databricks, Azure Event Hub, ADF, and Delta Tables.
3. Strong understanding of Spark and Azure data services.
4. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
5. Familiarity with integrations, SDKs, and system architecture design.
6. Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Desired Skills
The desired skills for this role include:
1. Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
2. Pharmacy Business domain experience. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with teams.
