Program Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Description: HigherEchelon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee development for a government enterprise technology software development program. The ideal candidate will have at least fifteen years of experience managing software development programs and must be well versed in full systems development life cycle, enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, and structure and management practices. The PM will provide day-to-day program management guidance and direction to Contractor personnel in the execution of tasks and ensure successful project completion and delivery within budget and timeline constraints. Master's degree and 15 years of experience managing IT enterprise projects required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership execution.
Manage enterprise platform delivery solutions
Ensure successful project completion and delivery within budget and timeline constraints
Provide day-to-day program management guidance and direction to Contractor personnel in the execution of tasks
Required Skills:
Experience with diverse IT projects, both large and small.
Ability to manage a portfolio of projects.
Must be well versed in full systems development life cycle, enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure and management practices.
Must be able to identify and mitigate risks to the program.
Must be able to manage cost, schedule and performance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Education and Experience:
Master's degree, and 15 years of demonstrated experience managing IT enterprise projects.
