We at Siaraa technologies looking for Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer, Remote
JD:
Experience: Minimum 10 yrs experience with a deep understanding of Observability processes and technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the implementation of a Network Operations Center (NOC), leveraging their expertise to enhance observability, incident response, and overall operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Observability Infrastructure:
- Manage an advanced Observability infrastructure, ensuring comprehensive monitoring and alerting capabilities
- NOC Establishment:
- Setup a Network Operations Center (NOC) from inception to full operational capability.
- Develop & implement NOC processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures for effective incident detection, response, and resolution.
- Technology Integration:
- Integrate AIOps tools and technology into the observability strategy to optimize incident management, reduce noise, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of observability tools with existing systems and applications.
- Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to NOC teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
- Mentor team members on observability best practices and effective use of monitoring tools.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and tailor observability solutions to meet specific business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building and leading NOCs, with a focus on observability.
- In-depth knowledge of observability tools and technologies, such as APM, logging, and tracing solutions.
- Familiarity with AIOps tools and technology and its integration into observability workflows.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
