Position: Oracle HCM Technical Functional Consultant Guided Learning & Journeys-W2 Only
Location: Hybrid (Vienna, VA)
Duration: Full Time / Long Term Contract
Overview:
This hybrid role focuses on the strategic implementation and support of Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), Journeys, and Guided Journeys modules.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and a passion for enhancing user experience through innovative content delivery and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud Guided Learning (OGL) across environments.
- Collaborate in product design sessions to gather requirements and build/test OGL content.
- Manage OGL service schedules and resolve issues using internal/external tools.
- Align OGL content with Oracle Cloud HCM release cycles.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve user adoption and experience.
- Analyze usage data to identify and implement enhancements.
- Train HR Tech team members on best practices for Journeys and Guided Journeys.
- Troubleshoot and recommend system enhancements for OGL and Journeys.
- Maintain documentation and training materials.
- Communicate with stakeholders and manage Oracle SRs for timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, especially OGL and Journeys.
- Strong knowledge of OGL tools and contextual help integration.
- Proven success designing and deploying complex Oracle Journeys.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
