Senior SAP PP and PM (Manufacturing and Plant Maintenance) Consulatnt

Job Summary:

We are seeking multiple (4-6) experienced SAP PP/PM implementation specialist with deep domain expertise in manufacturing and equipment maintenance. Role includes leading comprehensive manufacturing implementations, bringing extensive knowledge of production planning, quality integration, and maintenance strategies in validated environments.

Role and Responsibilities:

• End-to-end SAP PP/PM implementation projects for complex manufacturing environments across multiple industries
• Conduct comprehensive manufacturing process assessments and system design workshops
• Implement cGMP-compliant manufacturing processes with batch record generation and review
• Design integrated manufacturing solutions spanning PP, PM, QM, and related modules utilizing their understanding of lean manufacturing, six sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Develop detailed functional specifications for production planning, shop floor execution, Advanced BOM (with variant configuration and engineering change management) and Maintenance processes (Preventive and condition based predictive planning)
• Execute complex configurations including manufacturing organizational structures, work centers, and routing
• Lead manufacturing data migration including BOMs, routings, work centers, and equipment master data
• Configure production order management with shop floor data collection and backflushing
• Manage integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and process control systems
• Implement maintenance planning and scheduling with resource optimization and spare parts management

• Configure equipment qualification processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) and calibration management
• Implement batch genealogy and product traceability throughout the manufacturing process
• Design change control processes for manufacturing procedures and equipment modifications
• Configure deviation management and Corrective and Preventive Action workflows integrated with production

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP PP/PM certification
• Advanced manufacturing or engineering degree
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing functions and embedded analytics
• Previous experience with validated manufacturing systems and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
