Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced IT Operations Support Engineer for a hybrid role in Dearborn, Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract opportunity.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:

  • Proven success working in enterprise technical support with a foundational understanding of systems, utilities, and scripting

  • Strong background with the following tools and skillsets: cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), Atlassian (Jira/Confluence/Crowd), Jenkins, JFrog, SonarQube

Additional Details:
The successful candidate will work independently to follow and review policies/configurations for the use of cloud apps and services, including evaluation of existing processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing improvements. In addition, this candidate will support QA and production releases, provide supporting documentation, stay current on the technological landscape, run regression test scripts, and report on volume and issues on a weekly basis.
