Note: The applicant must be someone who lives in Chennai.
We are looking for an ambitious, out of the box thinkers who will apply their knowledge and skills in the successful search of Information Technology candidates for consulting and fulltime placement opportunities with our clients.
- 1-5 years of experience in IST recruitment
- Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience with using applicant tracking systems or similar tools
- Knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the India, USA, Canada & Mexico Market.
- Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
- Must be comfortable work extra hours if needed
- Very Strong understanding of technical requirements.
