Job Title: Sr Systems Analyst / Engineer - Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled System Analyst / Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions using the Strivacity platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain CIAM solutions leveraging the Strivacity platform to manage customer authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of identity solutions.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure alignment with enterprise security architecture and data protection standards.
  • Support implementation of MFA, adaptive authentication, and customer identity verification workflows.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, technical diagrams, and configuration guides.
  • Participate in system testing, release management, and incident response related to identity and access management.
  • Monitor CIAM platform performance and provide ongoing operational support and enhancements.
