Job Details
Job Title: AWS Connect Engineer
Location: Remote

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong focus on contact center technologies.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Connect.
- Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, API Gateway, etc.
- Familiarity with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), IVR systems, call routing strategies, and real-time analytics.
- Experience working in a HIPAA-compliant environment within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Strong scripting/coding skills using Python, Node.js, or JavaScript.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
