We are seeking a proactive and energetic Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for managing and executing projects, ensuring timelines are met, and facilitating communication across various teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
- Direct project execution by assigning tasks and tracking progress.
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project quality.
- Communicate project status through regular updates and reports.
- Resolve project issues by collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Assist and mentor junior project leaders in project management processes.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of related work experience in project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with document management systems.
- Intermediate skills in Visio for process flow mapping.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
