Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for managing and executing projects, ensuring timelines are met, and facilitating communication across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
• Direct project execution by assigning tasks and tracking progress.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project quality.
• Communicate project status through regular updates and reports.
• Resolve project issues by collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
• Assist and mentor junior project leaders in project management processes.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of related work experience in project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with document management systems.
• Intermediate skills in Visio for process flow mapping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
