Job Description:

Customer Engineer for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Customer Engagement

Location: Remote

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer with expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, and the Power Platform.. The ideal candidate will play a key role as a trusted advisor to enterprise level customers and their partners as they design, develop, deploy and optimize Dynamics 365 implementations and migrate and modernize in the cloud.

Responsibilities
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers
  • Develop and execute on a service delivery plan, leveraging repeatable services to educate the customer and assess their implementation to proactively ensure best practice execution and success
  • Work collaboratively with team members to contribute to their success in supporting their customers and leverage their expertise in support of your customers
  • Deliver technical training and assist with enhancing the quality of training material by providing feedback on needed improvements to existing training and new training content to be developed
  • Engage in transactional requests to troubleshoot customer issues, provide education, and mitigate technical blockers

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys
  • Enterprise level experience with designing and managing real-time marketing journeys, including trigger-based and segment-based workflows.
  • Knowledge of outbound and real-time marketing and migrating from outbound to real-time.
  • Skilled in creating personalized customer journeys, dynamics content, and event-based campaigns using AI-driven tools
  • Understanding of lead qualification, scoring models, and post-qualification actions for marketing and sales alignment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Fabric and integration with Dynamics 365 apps
  • Expertise with Customer Insights metrics within the application and data structure to facilitate external reporting
  • Ability to configure advanced settings and manage environments in Power Platform Admin Center

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data
  • Ability to unify customer profiles, configure measures and segments, and implement AI predictions
  • Proficient in Power Query, Microsoft Dataverse, and Common Data Model
  • Experience with ETL processes, data ingestions, and building data pipelines
  • Knowledge of segmentation, KPIs, and data validation and enhancement techniques.

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
  • Up to date product knowledge and familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules
