Integration Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot integration related issues throughout the technology stack. From Salesforce to Rhapsody to Athena.
• Support new interfaces by making updates to the Salesforce platform to support required configuration or coding changes.
• Develop proof of concepts using Postman or similar tools to mock the integration pattern to be developed.
• Build custom integrations that execute in Azure for particularly complex workflows.
• Work closely with other integration engineers, project managers and stakeholders.
• Participate in testing new & existing integrations as required.
• Analyzes customer requirements and business workflow for integration implementations.
• Create, present, and maintain program design artifacts like data flow diagrams and end-user process maps.
• Exhibit excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and an ability to balance and fulfill multiple priorities.
• Adhere to an analytical approach with an ability to solve complex problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Solid engineering base in a programming language such as JavaScript, .NET, Java, Python, etc.
• Experience with troubleshooting issues.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies.
• Experience with HL7, FHIR or other healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience with Salesforce is must.
