Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Senior Developer
  • to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and architecture, with specialized knowledge in CPQ, Billing, and Experience Cloud functionalities. This role requires a technical expert who is confident with Apex programming and Salesforce Flows, particularly in relation to custom UI development and complex integrations with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture to meet business objectives in alignment to standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Experience Cloud to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
  • Develop and manage custom UIs, leveraging Apex and Flows for seamless functionality.
  • Build robust integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware of Mulesoft, and custom solutions as needed specifically between 3rdparty services, S/4HANA and AWS solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to other resources.
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration tools, and middleware platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data governance, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Platform Developer II, or CPQ Specialist.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
  • Background in guiding large-scale Salesforce implementations and migrations.
