Job Details

Description:
- Full cycle embedded software
- 80% of the job is embedded firmware development, 20% of the job can have hardware responsibilities
- New product development
- C programming of microprocessor-based devices
- Interface with customers, could include up to 10% travel for product launches
- Develop test plans
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ years of experience as an embedded engineer working in a C/C++ environment
- Significant experience C programming microprocessors
- Associates Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
- Bare metal
PLUS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
- 7+ years of experience as an embedded engineer
- Mechanical aptitude, someone that tinkers with cars or mechanical hobbies on the side
- Altium / Hardware Design
- Mobile applications; Android and iOS
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
