Job Description:
The OBIEE Developer / System Administrator is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and administering Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) solutions, including reports, dashboards, data models, and ETL ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) components. This role supports both front-end reporting and back-end data integration within a large public or private organization.
2+ years of business intelligence work, including report development, data analysis, and/or data warehouse maintenance for large organizations.
2+ years of experience with Oqacle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), including administration and report development.
2+ years of experience developing:
OBI back-end components and OBI Publisher reports
ODI ETL specifications, scripts, or workflows for data integration
Experience participating in at least two (2) scrum or agile software projects.
Strong proficiency with: SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, MDX
Experience with OBI and data warehouse concepts: ETL processes, OLAP
The developer must have Strong Unix skills, including scripting and admin operations.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize OBIEE reports, dashboards, and data models.
Experience supporting both reporting and system administration functions.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
