We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in leading cloud-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects using UiPath in the Federal Government sector. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation initiatives within a secure and highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end UiPath RPA/AI projects across various Federal government departments.
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of automation solutions hosted on cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to define project scope, timelines, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal IT security policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status reports to leadership and clients.
  • Coordinate with developers, solution architects, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on cloud-based RPA and AI implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering UiPath solutions in Federal government environments.
  • Deep understanding of RPA frameworks, AI/ML integration, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication, risk management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal compliance and security requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure specialists.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
  • UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer or Solution Architect).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
  • Background in AI/ML models integration within RPA platforms.
