Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion CX/CRM Solution Architect to lead and deliver end-to-end solutions across Oracle Cloud CX modules including CX Sales, Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC), and optionally Partner Relationship Management (PRM). The ideal candidate brings at least 6+ years of solution architecture experience with a proven track record of successful cloud CRM implementations.
As a consulting professional, you will work independently and collaboratively to assess business requirements, define technical and functional solutions, and drive successful delivery for enterprise clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Solution Architect across Oracle Fusion CX modules such as CX Sales, OCC, and PRM
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice Oracle Cloud CRM solutions
  • Lead solution design workshops, develop configuration and integration blueprints
  • Create high-quality deliverables including solution architecture documents, data flow diagrams, and integration mappings
  • Provide functional and technical leadership in project execution, including implementation and post-go-live support
  • Act as a lead consultant or project lead, guiding onshore/offshore delivery teams
  • Ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud best practices and stay current with platform updates
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Oracle product specialists
  • Provide estimations, timelines, and roadmap planning for CRM solutions
Must-Have Specific Skills
  • 6+ years as a Solution Architect in Oracle CX Sales or CRM cloud solutions
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle CX and Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC)
  • Experience with Oracle PRM (Partner Relationship Management) is a plus
  • Proven ability to design, configure, and implement end-to-end CRM processes
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices, data models, and CX lifecycle
  • Ability to lead functional/technical discussions and deliver solutions with minimal supervision
  • Experience working on moderately complex to large-scale Oracle CRM implementations
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
