Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with customers to define requirements, constraints, and success criteria.
- Design and propose engineered solutions that meet API/DNV/ISO and client specifications.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, drawings, and commercial quotations.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations for mixed audiences.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and deal execution.
- Support post-sale implementation, training, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and visualize data in Power BI to drive performance insights and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain AI-assisted knowledge tools and internal training materials.
- Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies and model professional, ethical behavior.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in product development and 3+ years in customer-facing technical sales or sales engineering.
- Preferred: Knowledge of welding and threading processes; familiarity with oil & gas standards (API, DNV, ISO).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Power BI (data modeling, dashboarding, DAX basics).
- Experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT modules).
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
