Job Description:

Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 3+ months with extension

Location: Remote. Candidates must work Pacific Time Zone hours.

Candidates must be authorized to work on the W2 of Apex Systems without sponsorship for the duration of the contract.

There are no C2C or 1099 options here.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our team for a new Salesforce implementation project. This role is pivotal in rolling out Salesforce to new organizations within the client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations, particularly with Sales and Service Cloud, and will be adept at both analysis and administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Implementation: Lead the implementation and rollout of Salesforce to new organizations within the client, ensuring alignment with existing Salesforce instances.
  • Sales and Service Cloud: Focus on implementing Sales and Service Cloud solutions. Marketing Cloud experience is a plus but not required.
  • Communication: Serve as a key communicator between stakeholders, capturing requirements, and ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analysis and Administration: Perform duties of both a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst, including system configuration, user management, and requirement analysis.
  • HR Case Management Solution: Implement and manage HR Case Management solutions within Salesforce.
  • Out-of-the-Box Solutions: Ensure solutions are kept as out-of-the-box as possible, adhering to company security standards and guidelines.
  • Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile methodologies for project management, including capturing and managing user stories in Jira.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Collaboration with Developers: Pass user stories to developers and collaborate closely to ensure successful implementation.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Salesforce implementation projects, particularly with Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively capture and convey requirements.
  • Experience with HR Case Management solutions within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Jira for project management.
  • Ability to perform both administrative and analytical tasks within Salesforce.
  • Commitment to maintaining out-of-the-box solutions and adhering to security standards.
  • Experience in UAT testing and collaboration with development teams.
