Title: BPA Program Manager
Location: Fairchild Building, Washington, DC (Full-time onsite, 5 days per week)

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline; Minimum 10 years program management experience with 7+ years in Enterprise IT environments equal to or greater than USCP scale
Certification: Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification at proposal submission
This position is for a proposal with the United State Capital Police; current or previous experience is required. A Letter of Intent might be required to be signed to be submitted along with your resume.
Position Summary: The BPA Program Manager serves as the primary Government point-of-contact and provides comprehensive leadership for all contractor personnel assigned to task orders issued under the USCP ITSS BPA. This individual maintains organizational authority to execute requirements across all task orders and serves as the designated Transition Manager for the contract.

- Government experience with Financial and Assessment and Authorization audits
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with senior Government officials' presentation experience
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Program Management Plan for all BPA task orders
- Direct contractor personnel assignments and supervise ongoing technical efforts
- Maintain ultimate authority for contractor organizational decisions and Government issue resolution
- Coordinate management and oversight of subcontractors and contractor team members
- Ensure contract deliverable quality and schedule compliance
- Provide proactive communication to Government regarding contractual and programmatic issues

- Fingerprinting and FBI database verification
- Completion of USCP Cybersecurity Awareness Training (CSAT) annually
