RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Business Partner in Andover, MA.
Duties:
* Serve as the Workday SME for HR modules including Payroll, Core HR, Time Tracking, and Benefits
* Workday Business Partner will lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation for HR workflows
* Conduct software testing and validation to ensure system functionality and alignment with business needs
* Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement scalable, compliant Workday solutions
* Translate business needs into Workday configurations and enhancements
* As a Workday Business Partner, you will support operational teams in adopting new Workday features and processes
* Provide input into future system governance and optimization strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong hands-on experience with Workday, especially in HR modules (Payroll, Core HR, Time Tracking, Benefits)
* Experience with software testing, validation, and requirements documentation
* Background in medical device or regulated industries
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proven ability to define business processes and translate them into system requirements
* Ability to work independently and drive initiatives as an individual contributor
Nice to Have:
* Experience supporting Workday implementations or upgrades
* Exposure to change management or process improvement initiatives
* Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements in regulated environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
