Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 8 years of expertise in Corporate Investment Banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the KYC process on the corporate side and be well-versed with the latest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLM). This role demands excellent business stakeholder management skills and the ability to track and manage projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders in Corporate Investment Banking.
- Document and map business processes, workflows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
- Support system development, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
- Engage with business stakeholders at various levels to manage expectations and communicate project updates effectively.
- Apply knowledge of Corporate KYC processes, including verification of business legitimacy, due diligence on key individuals, and risk assessment.
- Leverage AI/ML, RAG, and LLM technologies to enhance business analysis and solution design.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis, and document business rules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate Investment Banking.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate KYC processes and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with advanced technologies including AI, ML, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLM) is added advantage.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience in project tracking and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Prior exposure to banking product referential systems and market data feeds.
- Experience working in multi-system environments and integration projects
