Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead the Finance workstream within a major ERP transformation program, aligning with overall business goals and timelines.
- Manage multiple concurrent finance-related projects, including current AP/AR initiatives and the implementation of future-state finance systems.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Finance and IT departments, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and transparency.
- Oversee vendor and contract management, holding partners accountable for deliverables, quality, scope, and budget adherence.
- Ensure continuity of day-to-day finance operations while facilitating transformative changes.
- Implement service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles across finance systems.
- Provide hands-on program management, including detailed project planning, risk mitigation strategies, and proactive stakeholder communication.
- Communicate effectively with all organizational levels, from executive leadership to operational teams.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including managing external vendors and consultants.
- Ensure value delivery by challenging and guiding consulting partners as needed.
