Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage construction projects in SAP CA-EPPM.
- Define WBS elements, cost centers, and internal orders aligned with project scopes.
- Monitor and analyze project costs using SAP FICO and PS.
- Implement cost control measures and variance analysis for large-scale projects.
- Lead forecasting cycles using SAP tools.
- Collaborate with project managers to refine ETC models and identify financial risks.
- Apply IFRS-compliant revenue recognition methods (e.g., PoC).
- Ensure audit readiness and maintain documentation for financial reviews.
- Oversee final cost reconciliation and ensure proper project closure in SAP.
- Conduct post-mortem financial analysis and reporting.
- Lead or support full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations for construction finance.
- Customize and optimize SAP EPPM modules for client-specific needs.
- Willingness to relocate and work onsite at client locations in the U.S.
- Act as a liaison between finance, project teams, and IT to ensure seamless integration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction accounting with SAP.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Expertise in SAP CA-EPPM, FICO, PS, and Analytics Cloud.
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and financial controls.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to relocate and work at client sites.
