Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage construction projects in SAP CA-EPPM.
  • Define WBS elements, cost centers, and internal orders aligned with project scopes.
  • Monitor and analyze project costs using SAP FICO and PS.
  • Implement cost control measures and variance analysis for large-scale projects.
  • Lead forecasting cycles using SAP tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers to refine ETC models and identify financial risks.
  • Apply IFRS-compliant revenue recognition methods (e.g., PoC).
  • Ensure audit readiness and maintain documentation for financial reviews.
  • Oversee final cost reconciliation and ensure proper project closure in SAP.
  • Conduct post-mortem financial analysis and reporting.
  • Lead or support full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations for construction finance.
  • Customize and optimize SAP EPPM modules for client-specific needs.
  • Willingness to relocate and work onsite at client locations in the U.S.
  • Act as a liaison between finance, project teams, and IT to ensure seamless integration.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction accounting with SAP.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Expertise in SAP CA-EPPM, FICO, PS, and Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and financial controls.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to relocate and work at client sites.
