Job Summary:


Dexian is seeking a Business Side Project Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Ontario, CA.




Responsibilities:



  • Identifying business issues, interpreting needs, and recommending innovative solutions

  • Overseeing projects from setup through to completion, which can include setting up operating procedures and monitoring progress

  • Working with various internal teams, such as engineering and operations, and providing project updates to stakeholders

  • Supporting the development and implementation of new processes, procedures, and policies

  • Supporting the rollout of new technologies and systems




Requirements:



  • Recent experience as a Business Side Project Manager (not on IT side)

  • Senior level 8-15+ years of experience as a Project Manager

  • Previous experience working at a bank

  • Managing Regulatory, Lending, Business Banking and Mutual Funds Regulations related projects

  • Looking for experience managing $2-5 million budgets. (will be managing 2-3 projects in this role)

  • 6+ Month Contract (tenure limit is 2 years)

  • Hybrid in downtown Toronto

  • 37.5 hours per week from start and looking to start in Dec
