- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent program management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and use technology for training and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some in-office days.
