About the Role
ResMed is urgently seeking an experienced Home Infusion Reimbursement Coordinator to support their rapidly growing team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and proper follow-through on medical payor claims for home infusion services.
The ideal candidate brings strong Home Infusion, Front-End Billing, and Accounts Receivable/Payor Collections experience along with the motivation and ownership needed to excel in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end reimbursement workflow for home infusion services.
Create and submit infusion claims to medical payors (not RX/NCPDP).
Resolve complex claim issues, denials, and discrepancies.
Perform Accounts Receivable follow-up and Payor Collections.
Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA compliance standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet service and revenue targets.
Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting billing and reimbursement.
Required Qualifications (MUST HAVE)
2+ years Home Infusion billing experience
2+ years experience in Home Infusion reimbursement
2+ years experience maintaining HIPAA compliance
Experience creating infusion claims (front-end billing)
Strong Accounts Receivable + Payor Collections experience
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Note: At least 1 year must be recent/current experience.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience meeting/exceeding productivity metrics
Broad knowledge of billing workflows and procedures
Collections experience (not required but helpful)
Experience with CVS Health/Quorum Home Infusion

Excellent verbal communication (important for LIVE prescreening)
Schedule & Additional Details
Fully Remote (no location or time zone restrictions)
Monday Friday, flexible hours
Compensation capped at $25/hour and cannot exceed
Hiring team prioritizing rapid placement due to workload demand
Interview Process
Round 1:
1-hour MS Teams interview with Senior Director (RCM) + Team Lead
Round 2:
30-minute MS Teams panel + rapid-fire industry knowledge assessment
