Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to join our team and work on cutting-edge automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid coding skills and a passion for building robust test automation frameworks. Exposure to Cypress, Java, or Python is a plus. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to contribute to architectural discussions.
5-8 years of experience in IT Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright (mandatory) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide well-reasoned opinions on design decisions.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues quickly.
- Ensure scalability and maintainability of automation frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 8+ years of experience in test automation development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript (mandatory).
- Solid coding experience (must-have).
- Experience with Cypress, Java, or Python is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of automation best practices and design patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
