Job Description:
- Atleast 5+ years of experience in providing application support, system maintenance and monitoring of PLM Teamcenter, troubleshoot the issues and contribute to their resolutions.
- Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for Teamcenter PLM applications to ensure smooth business operations.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintain and update documentation including system configurations, processes, and support procedures.
- Perform routine system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning.
- Manage user requests, incidents(P1,P2,P3,P4) and changes related to Teamcenter AMS activities.
- Maintain and monitoring application services. Support integrations of Teamcenter with other enterprise applications and CAD tools.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to prioritize AMS tickets and resolve.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices within the AMS framework.
- Document support activities, known issues, and resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.
