Project Duration : 12+ Months Contract

Job Summary

• The Senior Web Developer will report to the Associate Manager of Web Engineering and be part of an innovative eCommerce team.

The Day-to-Day:

• Design, Build and Maintain complex Web application solutions using Next.js/React
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Perform unit, integration, and end to end testing
• Help create or improve process or tools to ensure business efficiency
• Adopt Agile development methodologies and be part of an innovative product team

Is this you?

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent years of experience
• 5+ years of web development experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DOM, Next.js, React.js)
• Nice to have, 2+ years of experience in AWS server less development; Knowledge of AWS services (API Gateway, Lambda, Dynamo DB, SQS, S3 Bucket, Amplify, Cloud Front, Event Bridge, etc.)
• At least 1 year of experience working with a headless Content Management System like Contentful
• Knowledge of SEO and ADA compliance best practices
