Job Description:

Position: Data & Reporting Analyst

Required: Analysis and report building for people/HR data within Airtable & Excel/Google Sheets

Location: Remote in the US or Canada

Duration: 12+ month contract, 40 hrs/wk

Pay Rate Range: Approximately $45-58/hr W2 based on experience

What Youll Do

As a People Analyst, you will support various People Team and business wide processes that are integral to our growth and success by ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data reporting, developing and maintaining processes and tools.

The ideal candidate is someone who is:
  • A Quick-learner, Curious & Detail-Oriented
  • Proficient in data analytics concepts/frameworks, report/presentation building & providing data-driven insights
  • Skilled with Airtable (base building from scratch) & Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)


In this role, you will
  • Partner with members of the People Team to provide data/analytics support for the business
  • Develop data reports with analysis and meaningful insights
  • Create presentation-ready visuals that tell a cohesive story with data
  • Support People Team tools (Airtable)
  • Develop user documentation and training materials, write reports to support ad-hoc queries, perform data audits


What were looking for
  • Prior experience in data analysis, insights, business intelligence, or related functions
  • Skilled experience with Airtable as well as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Experience creating data reports and presentations
  • Working knowledge of recruiting, feedback, and performance management processes and systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse partners throughout the organization
  • A proven track record of process improvement and documentation experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
  • A commitment to and track record of delivering high touch, world class service to internal customers
  • Must handle sensitive information with the strictest confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus: Workday, Greenhouse
