Product Analyst

The job holder manages production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data. S/he manages the daily activities of production control and computer personnel to insure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems with the user community. S/he is responsible for the timely escalation of significant support issues, and effectively manages the 7X24 staffing of the area. Job holder must have thorough knowledge of company's IT infrastructure. S/he must have in-depth experience with reviewing proposed changes, assessing potential consequences and effectively managing wide-impact changes to the production environment. S/he must have expert knowledge with a variety of work flow problem areas and recommended improvements.

• Looking for a dedicated eVault operations specialist


• Candidate must be able to oversee but still be hands on in this role


• Transaction processing


• Mortgage documents


• Product experience is highly preferred


• eVault applications/software: Snapdocs is preferred but similar tools are translatable


• Previous experience with SitusAMC tools such as emBTRUST and ProMerit are a big plus


• HM may consider candidates without a bachelor's degree


• Onsite 4+ days per week in the Dallas, TX office


• 1-2 rounds of interviews (MS Teams video)


• Worker may be extended and/or converted to FTE
