Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Application Developer with a minimum of 9+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements. You will play a key role in building scalable solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and supporting the organization s digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs.
  • Develop and support custom applications on the ServiceNow App Engine.
  • Work with ServiceNow Studio, Scripting, Workflows, UI Builder, Workspaces, and Integration Hub.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and process flows.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay current with new ServiceNow features and best practices, applying them to improve platform capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, Studio, Scripting, Workflows, UI Builder, Workspaces, and Integration Hub.
  • Strong JavaScript skills with the ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
  • Strong Glide AJAX skills with the ability to write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
  • In-depth knowledge of custom application development on ServiceNow.
  • Working knowledge of development lifecycles, best practices, and governance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative team environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience delivering under tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Interview Process: -

1st round of interview will be a JavaScript & Glide AJAX coding test
