Job Details

JOB SUMMARY This role is responsible for providing desktop support and managing IT systems to ensure smooth operations across hardware, software, and network environments. The position involves troubleshooting, ticket management, system imaging, user account administration, and supporting collaboration tools. The individual will work with ServiceNow, Intune, Active Directory, O365 applications, and basic networking and server tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide desktop support with a minimum of 3 years experience. Use ServiceNow application to create, update, and resolve tickets. Manage Intune for computer imaging and device management. Administer Active Directory: add users to security groups, unlock accounts, and reset passwords. Support O365 applications including Teams and SharePoint. Perform basic networking tasks: make network cables, understand switch functionality, and identify IP addresses. Execute server tasks: create folders and shares, add users to security groups, and check running services. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support. Proficiency with ServiceNow for ticket management. Knowledge and hands-on experience with Intune for at least 3 years. Experience with Active Directory administration. Strong understanding of O365, Teams, and SharePoint (minimum 3 years). Basic networking knowledge including cable creation and switch operations. Ability to perform basic server administration tasks. Preferred Qualifications Additional certifications in Microsoft technologies or IT support. Experience with advanced networking and server management. Experience Required Minimum 3 years in desktop support and IT systems management. Education Required Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience. Education: Bachelors Degree
